Husky Kennel Visit – Meet Our Sled Dogs Up Close

Welcome to Arctic Borealis Huskies and meet our happy, friendly sled dogs! This experience offers a unique opportunity to discover the everyday life of our huskies and spend quality time with them in an authentic Lapland setting.

During your visit, you'll learn how our huskies live, train, rest, and work throughout the year. We'll also share the history of sled dogs and tell you what life is like as part of our family-run business and our wonderful pack of huskies.

Watch the Huskies in Action

Although the summer months are usually too warm for sledding, our huskies still need plenty of daily exercise. Every day they enjoy time in their large exercise enclosure, where they can run freely, play together, and burn off energy while staying fit and happy.

During your visit, you'll have the chance to watch the dogs play, run, and interact with each other from close by. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to pet them and get to know their unique personalities.

Meet the Huskies Face to Face

We'll also let a few of our friendly huskies run freely among our visitors. Expect wagging tails, curious noses, and perhaps even a few complimentary husky kisses! This is one of our guests' favourite moments and a perfect opportunity to capture unforgettable photos.

Every husky has its own personality and its own story to tell. Our dogs love meeting new people and truly enjoy human company.

Refreshments in Our Traditional Kota

At the end of your visit, we'll gather in our warm traditional Finnish kota, where you'll be served hot drinks and sweet treats. It's the perfect time to ask any questions you may have about our huskies, their lives, or our family business.

Prices

Adults: €50

Children (4–14 years): €30

Children under 4 years: Free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Good to Know

• Suitable for visitors of all ages.

• Please include the number and ages of any children under 4 years old when making your booking.

• We recommend wearing practical outdoor clothing and sturdy shoes. Sandals are not recommended.

• Don't be surprised if you take home a few husky hairs as a souvenir—they're included in the experience at no extra charge!
